Exhibition
NNP Raisins at Fi Europe 2025.
Three days at Porte de Versailles, at the one show on our calendar where raisins are bought as an ingredient rather than as a product.
Its floor is food manufacturers, and a manufacturer does not ask about the pack. They ask about the grade.

At the show
An ingredients show is a different room.
Fi Europe returned to Paris for its thirtieth edition, 2 to 4 December. Informa put it at more than 1,550 exhibitors and around 24,500 people from over 135 countries — food manufacturers, contract manufacturers, distributors and the raw-material suppliers who feed them.
That is a narrower audience than a food fair and a more technical one. Nobody at Fi Europe is deciding whether to list a product. They are deciding whether a raw material behaves the same way in March as it did in December, and everything they need to know about that is in the specification.
What gets specified
Type 9 is the one that goes in the brief.
Of the five varieties we ship, Sultana Type 9 is the one written into industrial briefs: uniform size, dependable colour and natural sweetness, which is what a bakery, confectionery or cereal line needs from a dried fruit before it needs anything else.
Thank you to everyone who took a specification away from Hall 7.3. An ingredients show works on a longer clock than a retail one — a manufacturer who collects a spec sheet in December is rarely ordering in December — but it is the room where a long contract starts.
The industrial grade
Sultana Type 9 — caliber 6+, 260–280 pieces per 100 g, 13.5–14.5% moisture, FSSC 22000.
