Sultana, open-air dried
Made from Thompson Seedless grapes and dried in the open air, it is soft, juicy and naturally sweet. Selected for consistent size, it suits baking, cooking and direct snacking.
Sultana, Objush
Type 9 is the workhorse of the range: uniform size, dependable colour and natural sweetness. It is the grade most often specified for bakery, confectionery, cereal and other industrial use.
All grades
Produced from selected seedless grapes and dried under controlled conditions to hold the light golden colour, soft texture and delicate sweetness the grade is bought for.
Red raisins
Made from selected seedless red grapes, with a firm, dense texture and a naturally sweet flavour. Known for their colour, which holds through baking and processing.
Black raisins
Naturally dried with a deep flavour and soft texture. Low in sodium, cholesterol-free, and a source of antioxidants, potassium and fibre. The largest caliber in the range.
