We will have the five varieties on the stand with their specifications beside them: caliber, pieces per 100 g, moisture and harvest window for each, and the certification with issuer and reference number.
SIAL runs every two years, so this is the first Paris edition since 2024. If you are sourcing Uzbek raisins for 2027, this is the week to have the conversation in person rather than by email.
